My name is Ashley, or also known as Valley Mamma.

I’m here to share the healing arts that I’ve studied and practiced over the last 15+ years. I believe the best way for me to serve others is through encouraging my clients and students to access their own inner wisdom. If you’d like to learn more about me and my roots, click here.

OFFERINGS

Experience various healing modalities including yoga, reiki, sound bathing and more, in person or virtually.

  • This is the crème de la crème and includes access to all of Ashley’s services in one appointment. These sessions are intended to move energy through discussion, yoga, reiki, sound healing or a blend of these practices, depending on your needs in the moment. Available in person and virtually. When you book, you may notice a subtle shift as the healing process has just begun.

    Ashley recommends regular sessions when looking to make a transformation. You can also book whenever you feel called, whether that’s weekly, monthly or once in a lifetime.

    90 Minutes: $150

  • These sessions are designed for someone who wants to make lasting changes and is willing to do the work.

    Ashley will provide nourishing support and help you create awareness around what may be holding you back. Your initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellbeing and understanding your unique needs. Together, you’ll create authentic intentions and implement aligned action steps to see your vision through. Ashley will share relevant resources and useful tools along the way, plus serve as your accountability partner.

    Available in person and virtually.

    Mentoring includes:

    • Personalized assignments to complete between sessions

    • Email and text message support

    • Two 60 minute 1:1 discussions per month for six months (in person or virtual)

  • PRIVATE CLASSES
    Yoga was traditionally taught 1:1. Private instruction offers unique benefits like targeted sequencing, specific modifications and more focus on meeting your physical, mental and emotional needs. Available virtually and in person. All levels.

    45 Minutes: $75
    75 Minutes: $125
    +$50 for each additional participant

    COUPLE CLASSES
    For lovers and friends alike. Grab your partner and your mat. Available virtually and in person. All levels.

    75 Minutes: $175

    REMOTE CLASSES
    Have your own yoga classes at home or host an event with friends, family and colleagues. All levels.

    75 Minutes: $175
    +$25 for each additional participant
    (Additional travel fees may apply)

    SMALL GROUP CLASSES
    Small group means there will be no more than 4 participants in the studio. The smaller class sizes allow for more individual attention, hands-on assists, and many other benefits. Located at Full Circle Studio in Three Circles Therapeutics. All levels.

    75 Minutes: $25
    or $222 for 10 Classes

  • Reiki treats energetic imbalances through gentle touch or distance healing by channeling universal life force energy.

    Sound baths are preformed with crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and other instruments to transfer vibrational frequencies into the cells of the nervous system. This allows one to access a meditative state of theta brainwaves, enhancing deep relaxation for mental, physical and emotional healing.

    These services are preformed together on a heated massage table under a weighted blanket (optional). Virtual participants are encouraged to create a peaceful atmosphere and lie down comfortably.

    The session will begin with a brief guided meditation and breathing exercise to relax the mind and set intentions. Ashley will assess the client’s electromagnetic field (aura) and incorporate crystals and other chakra balancing techniques personalized to reach the participant’s unique needs for the session. Available virtually and in person.

    30 Minutes: $50
    60 Minutes: $100
